Is each piece really handmade?
Yes. Every ring, necklace, earring, and bracelet is finished by hand in the J. Ruth studio. No factory production.
Can I order a custom piece?
Yes — bring a stone, a sketch, or just an idea. Custom pieces typically take 4–6 weeks. Start a conversation through the Contact form.
What metals do you use?
Recycled sterling silver and 14k gold-fill, with nickel-free findings. Hypoallergenic for most sensitivities.
Will my piece tarnish?
Sterling silver may darken slightly over years; a quick polish brings it back. Gold-fill is much more resistant. See the Care Guide for details.
Do you offer ring sizing?
Free resizing on most rings within one full size for the first 30 days. After that, a small fee applies depending on the metal and stone setting.
