Placing an order is an offer to purchase, accepted when we ship. Prices, availability, and product details may change; we reserve the right to correct errors and cancel mistaken orders with a full refund.
Pricing & taxes
All prices are in USD. Sales tax is added at checkout where applicable. International orders may incur duties or import fees, which are the buyer's responsibility.
Gift cards
J. Ruth gift cards are redeemable for jewelry and shipping on jruthjewelry.com only. They can't be used on our Etsy, eBay, Instagram, or Facebook shops.
- Gift cards never expire and carry no fees. Any balance stays on the card and can be used across multiple orders.
- Gift cards have no cash value and can't be redeemed for cash, except where required by law (for example, California residents may redeem a remaining balance under $10 for cash).
- Lost or deleted gift card emails can be reissued. Contact us with the purchaser's name and email and we'll resend the code.
- Please treat a gift card code like cash: anyone who has the code can use the balance.
Intellectual property
All site content — photography, illustrations, designs, and the J. Ruth name and logo — is owned by J. Ruth Jewelry. Please don't reproduce without permission.
Limitation of liability
J. Ruth Jewelry isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or its products beyond the purchase price.
